Partially remove the inside fabric to access screw holes.
If the fabric is stapled down, you can use the Phillips screwdriver to loosen the staples. In this case, the fabric was already coming off so it was easy to pull back by hand.

Depending on the size of the hole, you may need more than 1 match stick for each hole. Toothpicks will also work in place of a match stick.
