    • Use a hex key to undo all of the M3 x 6 mm alloy steel hex bolts.

    • Turn the hex key in the counter-clockwise direction to unscrew the bolts.

Suppose that the bolt is not hex or phillips or star, but is completely smooth and the fabric is closed with stitching. After removing the caps that cover the holes in the arm there is just a completely smooth bolt or screw with no way to grip or turn it?????
