This is a prerequisite guide that will provide steps to removing the bezel of a HP Chromebook 11 G8 EE. This guide allows you to remove the black plastic display bezel in order to reach the screen and its wiring.

    • Use a Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove:

    • Four 7 mm screws.

    • Two 8 mm screws.

    • Lift the lock bar and use tweezers to remove the touchpad ribbon.

    • Remove the keyboard.
