Gently tug on the upper edge of the faceplate, and it will easily detach.

Remove the four screws securing the front cover.

Gently glide the metallic silver cover outward.
This piece is wedged in tight. Try to slide out one hook at a time, instead of both simultaneously.

Insert a pair of tweezers between the silver and black sections of the cover.
The silver section should now easily snap away.
