    • Flip your watch to the back.

    • Insert the small end with the bar between the fork. Press outwards; when you feel the pressure, pull up slowly.

    • Remove the bar from the strap and place the spring bar in the new strap.

    • Insert one end of the spring bar into one of the holes and hold it in place.
