There are four screws— two on each side of the watch case.
Use the Philllips screwdriver to remove four 4.5 mm screws.

There are two trunnions on both sides of the watch, and there are four grooves.
Use a small flat-blade screwdriver and push inward to remove the trunnion. And remove the strap.

Thread the trunnion into the small hole on the strap.
First, snap one side of the trunnion into the hole of the watch body.
Use a flat-blade screwdriver to push the other end of the trunnion into the main body of the watch.
