Since the original AirPods came out almost a decade ago, releasing in 2016, it is almost certain that no AirPods of this generation can hold a decent charge. This guide aims to solve that issue, but replacing AirPods batteries is extremely challenging, as you have to deal with the tight space and slicing it open. To take you through the grueling process, numerous contributors at iFixit compiled this guide to help you complete the repair. Good luck, and let us begin!
Note: This is a very difficult procedure. This procedure requires numerous tools and some soldering skills. Please be aware of this, and it may not be possible to repair your AirPods, as the procedure can cause other internal components to be damaged.

Use a pair of tweezers to shake the antenna on the outside of the battery to the left and right, then drop the debonding agent, and finally insert a thin plastic piece into the middle of the battery and the inside of the antenna, up and down, to loosen the battery and the antenna.

The right earbud was replaced after it was lost, so the battery performance between the two is very different. This imbalance has shortened overall usage time and affected normal use.
I recently found a broken left AirPod and, after testing, discovered that its battery and battery life were still intact. This led me to try swapping the battery by disassembling the old AirPods. After some trial and error, I successfully completed the battery replacement.

Where I buy the battery for replacement, and how under what name?
I'm using a damaged headset, but the battery is good, and I took it out for repair. If you want a brand new original, it is only available in certain channels in China.
