注意: 如果有更换电池上有塑料薄膜, 不要去除它。这是用来保护电池的。
你所需要的

使用P5 Pentalobe 螺丝刀将底部的十颗螺丝移除，有下面两种规格：

两个9mm 梅花形螺丝

八个2.6mm梅花形螺丝

从靠近主板的一边抬起电池将电池从上盖取下

把电池充满到100%，之后继续保持充电至少两小时。然后停止充电，开始像日常一样使用它来慢慢消耗电量。当你看到低电量警告时，保存你没做完的工作，同时就让笔记本开着，直到它因为电量用尽而进入梦乡。再等待至少五个小时，之后把它完全充满到100%

如果您在安装新电池后发现任何异常或问题，则可能需要重置MacBook Pro的SMC。

Thanks for this guide! From ordering the parts to doing to work, it was a super easy and fast process! May have been nice to see some mention of the different sized screws in various locations, and how to calibrate the battery once done with the install. Either way, awesome tutorial!
@ejhalsell Good point about calibration—that’s been added to the final step now. There are measurements for every single screw though, so I’m not sure what more you’re looking for there.
How best should I dispose of my old battery? Would be nice to include this information.
