I usually ensure mine is exactly on the upper mark.
Recently, the mechanic put excess oil so it went way above the upper mark, so I decided to lower it by pulling some out through a pipe attached to a syringe, because the pipe kept bending, I fastened it to a straw using a masking tape, the drain was going on well until the tape at the tip slipped and remained inside the sump /oil pan.
Is there need to worry or the oil pickup screen will prevent it from doing any damage until my next oil change?

The filter is easier and not as messy to replace if you replace it from above. This also keeps debris from getting on the filter gasket.
There is even a small hole in the intake manifold so you can see what the filter threads onto.
if the engine reducing oil whats the cause is there any problem, kindly guide me

Check crank shaft seal (front/rear) and Head cylinder seal areas. Apart from that visit the dealership. Something as minor as an oil pressure sensor could also do that. Again your best bet is to go to a trust worthy auto shop by reviews or a well established and rated dealership. Any place else you'll increase your chances to be cheated.
Remove, and install a new filter, along with a clean gasket plug.
Mate, what do we use in Japanese Variant of Honda CR-V 2.0 Sport k20a4 engine type? Which grade engine oil? I've been using 5W30 Idemitsu API SM grade. I'm thinking to go down to 0W20 API SN, ILSAC GF-5 fully synthetic Idemitsu for this VTEC. Would adding stp fuel line and injector cleaner along with regular flush and engine synthetic base STP additives do harm?
Replacing it from above? Not on my 97 CR-V Unless you have very skinny arms with 2 double jointed elbows.

This oil filter indeed is the hardest one i had . i thought Japanese liked to make things easier. My Toyota was much easier
Synthetic, semi-synthetic or mineral oil?
Synthetic is best, keeps your engine cleaner and has a longer change interval.
I've been using shell helix ultra 5w40 but decided to try out bizol 5w30 allround Hc-Synthese to see how it improves fuel economy.
That's after using bizol oil system clean plus o90 to clean and restore the engine's compression, works great for me.
