Released in 2013, the Shark Rotator Lift Away NV500 series was introduced after the similar NV350 series. It has improved maneuverability over the NV350 along with a lift away handle and the option of a caddy to use with the lift away for easy movement.

== Identification ==

The NV502 is one of 4 models in the NV500 series including the NV500, NV501, NV502, and NV503. All these vacuums use the same main vacuum, but are distinguishable by their included attachments.
