I want to change the thermal paste
Hello
I want to change the Thermal paste, i have my laptop over a year and been using it almost every day. I dont have 2 left hands, but i have never done it. Can someone explain me the steps?

I was able to find this video (https://youtu.be/DlwnwQJ3ph8) on replacing the thermal paste/general maintenance, sorry I cant do more i'm not very familiar with laptops in general. :)
