DVR Sound a Beep continuosly and don't boot up
When I switch on the DVR sound a beep continuosly and never stop, no leds and nothing on the monitor, the monitior is OK.
Do You know what to do?

Disconnect the power to the device and open it up and check if there's a coin cell battery on the mainboard.
Like older computers, a lot of these devices had a coin cell battery to maintain the BIOS when the power is off (for whatever reason), and over time they fail, (non rechargeable) which can corrupt the BIOS preventing the device from starting.
If there is a battery, note its orientation i.e. +ve on top as shown on the battery, (this is so you reinsert it the correct way) then remove it and check its voltage.
If it needs replacing, before inserting the new battery, press and hold the device Power On button for 30 seconds then release it, reinsert the battery, (remember orientation) reconnect the power to the device and turn it on.
If it turns on most likely you will have to reset all the settings that you had before when you set it up, as the device has been reset back to its default state.

possible to open up the unit and take a photo ?
look out for any possible bloated capacitors.
