So the digitizer and lcd screen connector cables appear out of order. I need them swapped the screen size is correct everything looks right exp the connector. I am hesitant to fold the cables which may cause other problems. Anyone know whats going on here?

You've got the wrong screen. That one is for an iPhone 11, not a XR. Compare this 11 picture to the connectors on your replacement and you'll see they're the same.
