I have no etchings on my iPad Air m3. 11 inch. No way to identify if not on.
Also is there an actual hardware difference in cellular models?. Saw an eSIM setting in a menu not able to access though.. would be fun to try and figure it out..

The logic board and the display are different between the WiFi and the WiFi/Cellular models. The antennas are hidden within the display panel.
