Machine won't prime. How do you remove the water pump
I have the machine open but can't figure out how to remove the water pump

@johngoncalves Yes, unfortunately, the older Saeco models aren't as user-friendly as their modern Philips/Saeco successors. (0) Are you sure, the pump does not work? Did you check the if the water flows freely, especially the flowmeter? (1) There is a service-manual for you. Proof it using the testmode. (In German). (2) To expose the pump, you first need to pry off the white plastic elbow on the left side. Then pull the connection fitting on the left side of the pump out of the black rubber mount. Disconnect all electrical connections. The longer connector on the right side is screwed in. Use a 12 mm open-end wrench to unscrew it. Then pull the right connector out of the rubber mount, and the pump is free.
