My iPhone is stucked in Restart Loop?

I have a jailbroken iPhone 4. Last night i installed something from Cydia, after that my phone started booting up continuously. I can get into the ENTER PASSCODE view but the keypad is not responding/disabled. Please help!

I tried:

1. Resetting

2. DFU Mode

3. Tiny Umbrella Fix Recovery

4. Redsnow (Boot, Recovery)

I cant restore to the newest software cause I am trying to preserve my baseband. PLEASE HELP! THANK YOU.
