How do I fix it so it will read disks again?

Hi!
The Xbox Series S does not have a disk drive. It’s a full digital only console.
If you mean the Xbox One S, then you most likely want to replace the laser deck or the disk drive it self.

Make sure to transfer your original PCB (Disk drive board) from the OLD drive > to the NEW drive!!
