Since a laptop needs power to run, that's the place to start; make sure it's getting power. You'll need to verify your power supply is working first; it looks like it uses a 45W USB-C power adapter, so take that and plug it into another device to verify it works. Alternatively, if you have another charger, try plugging that into your computer and see if anything happens.
If you've verified the charger works, the next step would be to open up the laptop and use a voltmeter to see if power is actually getting to the motherboard. That will take some research to tell you how to do that, so check out the charger situation and let us know what you find.

my Chromebook still not turning on or charging I test my voltmeter it's still not turning on I don't know what's going on in my Chromebook I try it on a different charger it still does not work it might be a motherboard issue I might have to replace it
