1 Mute/Silent Switch does nothing
My friend recently had her iPhone screen replaced and about a month after the mute/silent switch above the volume up and down button does nothing when either switched on or off but the volume buttons work. What would cause this to happen and is it a hardware issue? If it's a hardware issue then what should I replace, the headphone jack cable?
