if battery physically size is same, battery & charging volts also, bigger mah gives longer
run time between charging. trying to get dimensions to see if note9 (or other 1) with
bigger mah might be able to be used!

@joel90306 you see that your battery is a 1ICP5/40/74 which gives you the dimensions for your battery. It is 5mm high, 40mm wide, and 74mm long. The Note 9 battery is 6mm high x 41.5 mm wide and 87.7 mm long. Which makes this a definite no go. Same with a Note 8. Even so it is 5mm high x 39mm wide, with a 88mm length. Again, no go. Besides the physical dimensions you will also need to find a battery that use the same battery connector and connection on the board. Each one of those may have slight different connections.
Do you remember the recall worldwide recall of the Note 7 in 2016? The reason for those "Fires" was based on improper positioning and not to allow for any expansion etc.(as well as bad battery manufacturing). You really do not want to go too far into the weeds with squeezing an improperly fitted battery in a tight space.
As you can see there are just way to many batteries and connector variations to make this a safe swap. I am all for saving money, making devices last longer and be more convenient but never compromise safety. I would suggest you get the proper battery for this model from a respectable source, like from here 三星盖乐世 A3 （2017）电池更换
