My 2003 Chevy Tahoe will not stop I just checked the rotors and brake pads and calibers are OK I even checked the brake line for leaks do anyone have a answer on why my car will not be able to stop Someone suggests it may be my abs

Does the brake pedal sink to the floor when applying pressure to the pedal and starting the engine?
If it does this may be a sign of a faulty brake booster (vacuum leak) or a failing brake master cylinder
