fell in the water, how to diagnose?
A friend dropped his 4S in the water, and he says "now it doesn't work" - (I know, that's not very helpful) but I don't know how to advise him, I haven't the slightest idea what's wrong, how can I tell?

Anthony, the very first thing you want to tell your friend is to NOT try to turn it on anymore. The first step with this should be to clean the phone. Follow this guide, even so it was written for a 3G, all the information still applies to your phone. Once properly cleaned, replace the battery and re-evaluate for any damage. Hope this helps to a t least get you started.
