What is the model number of the PC as shown on the product information label on the back of the case?
You said that it can boot? What is the already installed OS (operating system) that it loads e.g. Windows, Linux?
If you mean that it turns on OK but there's no OS already installed what happens when you try to install Windows, what error message is on the screen?
What Windows version are you trying to install on the PC, Win7, Win8.1, Win10, Win11?
