battery cell replaced but still not working
I have replaced all 5 cells on my Parkside drill v18 battery and the total reading is the same as a working battery. but it is still not working there is no reading on the light indicator like it so dead.
one of the thing ive noticed is the different in the no-working battery having - to the + on 0 but to the - to the c has full volts where the working one have all volts to both the + and c terminal
@alexandersaxby what cells did you use and did you double check your work? Made sure that all cells are properly connected etc.?

im not sure on the calls name but the size and total voltage is the same as a working battery
and yes i have check my work the voltage on the batt+ to batt- is 20
