Camera glass replacment or whole backplate
My pixel 10 fell and only the glass over the cameras is cracked. Can I replace that separately or will I have to replace the entire back?"

Normally the camera glass can be replaced; you heat the glass to soften the adhesive then carefully pry the broken glass out. Replacement glass comes with the adhesive already installed, so once you've got the old glue cleaned out completely, you just stick the new glass down and you're done.
The bad news is that your phone is so new there are no videos available detailing the process. As far as I can tell, the Pixel 9 uses a very similar rear camera housing, so this video should give you a good idea how to go about it.

The worse news is I was totally unable to locate anyone selling replacement glass for your phone; as I said, it's going to take a bit of time for the aftermarket industry to catch up with the new releases. iFixit sells genuine Google parts, but I've never seen a genuine Google camera lens sold here or anywhere else, for that matter, so aftermarket is the only choice.
Unless you want to wait a while, it looks like your only choice at the moment is to replace the complete rear cover. You could buy a camera glass screen protector and put that over your broken glass just to help protect it until you can replace either the glass or the cover.

Thx! Seems sutch a waste to remove the whole back glas. i put some tape on it to protect it.
And il wait a few more weeks for parts to become
available.

Please don't shame people for what happens to their phone; you have no way of knowing what took place. It may or may not have been jasper's fault, but that doesn't matter; we're here to try and help no matter how it got broken.
My backglass is also broken already as it slipped off the table :(
Is anyone out there selling the backglass already?

But to replace myself i haven't found a seller yet.
