When I use my phone it stops to respond to my touch and only work if off and on . And I have to constantly touch my phone to make it respond to one command like touch 2 second and swipe without removing finger out of display 😭 it's annoying

First thing is to try booting into Safe Mode. This will disable any apps that could be interfering with the touch screen. Power off the phone, then follow the instructions from the Xiaomi help page.

I just did the factory reset but still not fixed so might that be my hardware problem??
@rohitkhana77699 By far the most likely cause at this point is a failed digitizer, so a screen replacement is what I would do if it was my phone.

There are several ways a touch screen can fail, so the glass being undamaged doesn't mean the digitizer is still working.

My phone doesn't have any cracks or scratches on its screen, but when I play games, the enemy actually stops touching me. If I turn off the screen for a while and do it again, it's fine. Sometimes it happens on Messenger.
