Fan works in test mode but not run mode
My LG refrigerator fan only works in test mode but not in run mode. Themistor tested good. What else can be wrong?

Do you mean the evaporator fan?
Check that all the door switches are electrically OK.
The evaporator fan will run as long as the compressor is running and stop when the compressor stops..
The fan will also stop when a door (either door) is opened as you don't want the cold air to be blown out from the compartment. The fan will start again when all the doors are shut.
The only way that the control board knows that a door is open is the door switch(s)
The compressor will continue to run when a door is open.
