Why does my display go dark?
As I lift my display open, it stays on until it's open about 1 and 1/2 inches, then goes dark. Could it be a loose wire? The computer slid out of it's case and hit the floor from about 6 inches up.

This sounds like a cable issue. Your display data cable may need to be reseated or replaced. I would open the machine up and reinstall it. To get you to the correct guide please give us the last three figures of your serial number. Thanks
