Can I use jimmy to open back of watch
Can I use the jimmy to open the back of my $50 timex watch to replace the battery since I don’t have the necessary watch opener tool or should I use a small screwdriver since I wear a small watch

I would recommend a plastic spudger, guitar pick, plastic card, est. To avoid scratching the back of your watch, but without knowing exactly what watch you have, I can't recommend exactly what to use.

Do make the effort to clean the dirt buildup around the lid area so you don't get the dirt inside and it can act as glue making removing of the rear harder as well.
