Why won’t my device turn on anymore?

I got this laptop back in 2022. It worked great up until about a month ago. I made sure to charge it to full, but when I try to turn it on by opening it, the screen just stays dark and the power light doesn’t turn on anymore. Even when I try tapping on the keys, it won’t turn on. When I plug it in to charge, the light turns on to show that it’s charging, so I know it is not dead. I had not used it for about a week before I noticed that it wouldn’t turn on. Also, I tried plugging it into a monitor with an HDMI chord to see if just the screen was the issue, but still nothing showed up. I’m at a complete loss.
