My controller does not charge even if I get a charger thats new
Every time I plug the micro USB into the controller, it does not charge. I got a brand new charger, and it still does not charge.

olha provavelmente a tua placa de conexão ( que tem a entrada micro USB) deu problema no conector ... mas caso voce coloque o cabo e ele acenta ligue e tudo mais, o seu problema e bateria...
Translation:
Look, your connection board (which has the micro USB input) probably had a problem with the connector... but if you put the cable in and it turns on and everything, your problem is the battery...

Ok thanks it probably is the USB port cause it looks like that thing in the center that goes into the micro USB is damaged
veja se a entrada esta folgada e coisa do tipo, ja peguei um que o probelma era somente oxidação no flat de conexao da porta para a placa, mesmo assim todos esses componentes são facilmente comprados na internet...
