How to unlock it bios password while its not coming on?
After pressing the power button, it only display and blink the lock sign for hours with no visual display from the system.
I wonder how to go about this

I'm guessing that's the scroll lock icon. When I Google'd that, it actually came up with another ifixit thread that might help you:
