2008 Nissan rogue AC blows cold when driving, nothing at idle!

So I've checked all the fuses and relays and replace as I went along. When I drive the AC will blow cold. The refrigerant is right. Whenever I'm at idle nothing. I'm about to get a in cabin air filter change that out clean it all out. And then I'm going to try and test my resistor. However with me checking the AC on not Max but just where it faces you. The fan's outside seem like they don't work correctly for either don't work at all or they will work. Confusing I know??? However it looks like the clutch is working on the compressor. But I'm not really sure I think there's a small condensation leak underneath my car but it's been raining so I can't really verify that that's what that is. Any kind of ideas would be awesome I have my mechanic AI which is awesome. I did every step he asked me to do with the questions answered afterwards doing back and forth. But I'm still stuck with no AC working correctly. And it's hot in Tennessee thank you..

So your condenser fans aren't running? If the fans under the hood don't run then you'll need to figure out why. Are the fans bad? Relays? Thermostat? Those fans (or at least one of them) should be running when you turn the AC on. They are what move air through thenAC condenser, pulling heat from the refrigerant so it can condense to a liquid and cool your interior. If the fans don't run it can't do this. When you're driving the movement of the vehicle is what is moving air through the condenser. You'll need to see if the fans are getting power when the AC is on.
