Envy 17 won't turn on anymore

Envy 17 won't turn on anymore. Automatic bios restore occurred which it said was successful. It automatically powered off and won't power back on. No power indicator light at port. I don't think battery is bad. External power supply is showing 19.3v with voltmeter.
