qianli icopy 2.2 plus not reading my battery

Hi, I changed the battery in iphone 14 pro (and transfered the BMS) but the qianli icopy does not recognize it so I can't reset the battery %. When I put the phone back together everything works fine so there is nothing wrong with battery. Before the bms transfer i could read the og battery data just fine.
