I can’t use or on my controller battery unless I plug it to a power?
My wireless PS4 game controller cannot be switched on or used wirelessly until i plug it to my console or any power (literately desktop)

It seems as though either the controller's battery is not being charged (controller board problem?) or the battery has failed and needs to be replaced.
In either event the controller will have to be opened to find out what the problem is. That's why I asked for the make and model number so that a teardown video for it might be found to make this easier to do.

Okey @jayeff I understand it is DUALSHOCK 4
There are several different Dualshock 4 versions.
Find your exact model as there are teardown guides for them on ifixit.
I suggest that you check the battery first using a DMM (digital multimeter) to see if it has any voltage showing.
If not replace it. The battery model or type should be printed on the battery. Search for suppliers using the battery information

I actually don’t know because it has faded away but before it was working well without any issues it was after some times that it started giving me problem
