Why is my 2000 Jeep Cherokee stalling and not restarting while driving

My 2000 Jeep Cherokee will start just fine in the morning and drive fine for a while then it will sputter and act like it is not getting gas while driving, will stall out while driving, and not restart for a long while. Some other issues that may or may not be related. Dashboard guages do not work. Doors intermittently locking/unlocking.

I have replaced the fuel pump and the crankshaft positioning sensor. Neither have solved the problem. Any suggestions on what it could be? (I have taken it to the shop for the dashboard guages and they couldn't fix the problem). I am beyond fustrated at this point.
