Logic Board antenna connector broken

Block Image

My connector for the antenna on the iPhone 3GS logic board is broken :-( is saw another post on this where is suggested to solder a piece of wire frome the center of the connector to each other. I did some soldering, not really from the center and the reception is back not good.

Poblem is also that the cable of the anttena is very thin, whic results in the connector getting loose. I removed it and see two points to solder on, would it make any difference to solder from one of these, or go for the solution where i lay the wire on top and solder to both connection points?

Also underneath the logic board of the iPhone

the connector is way bigger, i could also solder to the bottom of the board,

but i also see the two lines which make me wonder, would it be better to solder 2 wires, one from the center and one from the outside of the connector?

I have cell phone reach, but not inside the house, so really looking for a good answer.

hope that someone has a good tip about this,

i read this post as well, problem looks very simullarpost about broken connector 7

Can i replace just the connector from another logic board. Here is a picture of the current situation. Al the soldering attempts didnt made it well..,. just check it out:

i'm stil in trouble with this iPhone.

I tried it again with a new ringer module, soldered a wire but wont help.

The strange thing that on another 3gs phone i have i can even call without the antenna connected. This one keeps saying no service.

Strange problem that came on top of this... home button stopped working. So when i push the sleep button i gives me a white screen. When restoring the iPhone everything is fine again until i hit the sleep button again.

any ideas, starting to get cranky on this one...
