KitchenAid KFCS22EVMS3 won't make ice

My KitchenAid KFCS22EVMS3 won't make ice. It does dispense water in the refrigerator fine. The freezer portion is cold.

So far I've replaced the water inlet valve as well as the ice maker machine in the freezer. The pressure should be fine, since the previous Whirlpool had no issue with making ice.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
