Hi, can anyone help please, my daughter has plugged the wrong adaptor into her keyboard and now the keys are not working. I've plugged the right adaptor in and turned it on.. the light comes on but all the keys still wont work.

Here's a teardown video that may help.
Looking at the video it seems that the best that you can check is if there's any obvious component damage on the mainboard or on the smaller brown pcb board.
