Unit turns on but not brewing coffee.

I have the same issue. Specifically unit powers on. I am allowed to set time and select my desired type of coffee (kcup/pot) and specify the size of the cup/pot. The waterpump never makes any noise. I've disassembled the unit and suspect this is either a malfunctioning pump, or the logic board is fried.

update : I removed the pump and applied 12v to it directly, so I believe it is functional.

My error occurred after an attempt to use the kcup side. The tank ran out of water and flashed the corresponding error code. After the tank was filled, the machine did nothing. No pump sound, nothing moving through the water system.
