Hey, I’m forget my pin so I’m try to factory reset my tablet but it didn’t bring me to the option thing, in fact it didn’t turn on; I’m left it for an month, don’t know what to do, frustrated now I’m turn it on, it come back then got my hope destroyed but now turning off again
Please help me, I’m just want to factory resettlement

Have you fully charged the battery in the tablet i.e. it shows 100% when the charger is plugged in?
If so with the tablet turned off, press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button (both together) until the Recovery menus appear on the screen. When they do, release both buttons.
If the Recovery menu doesn't appear after 30 seconds, release both buttons and press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button and see if that gets you to the Recovery menu.
When in the Recovery menu, use the Volume Up or Down buttons to navigate to the wipe data/factory reset option and press the Power key to select it.
Select Yes to delete all user data and then select Reboot now and wait till the tablet turns on again.

I’m charged it, it turned on but don’t show anything, I’m did the recovery things and it reboot but it only show the screen and nothing else, I’m think I’m broke it
What screen is being shown after you factory reset the tablet?
Is it the Linsay logo or home screen?

How did you turn the tablet off? Is there a power off menu being displayed on the screen?
