Exterior Lights dashboard flickering while I'm driving?
Why are my exterior lights flickering while I'm driving? Battery and alternator and starter are good.

@alexhernan47451 could be a bad ground or corroded wiring harness. Do they flicker in a regular pattern of do they just randomly flicker. Let us know how you checked the battery and the alternator.

I was driving out town and noticed when it got dark l. I stopped at oreillys and the tested myself battery alternator and starter. All passed. I checked my Grounds they all seem fine unless I'm missing some. Flicker in same pattern. They only Flicker when my truck is on and in gear and when I hit the brake pedal (idling).

Now, is there any chance you can check the alternator under the same condition (in gear and brake applied) just be careful nobody gets run over etc. I wonder if the diodes are getting weak. How many miles do you have on the truck? I'll see if I have a wiring diagram to see if there is any kind of connection between all of those parts.
It has 207,000 miles. I just replaced alternator in June 2024
@alexhernan47451 perfect. That way we can rule out the alternator. Let me check the wiring manual and see if there is anything else that may be the issue
Hey oldturkey03 figured what was making my lights flicker.... bad alternator. Replacing it tomorrow hope it works. Thanks for taking time out of your day to help me out, I really appreciate it! I'm sure something else will happen to my truck and I know who to ask for help.
