Why is my pump not getting any power

I picked up a second hand Starbucks Barrister today and spent the whole day troubleshooting it ;( SOS

At first the pump was running but no shot was pulling. I pulled the machine apart, cleaned the pump and cleaned the boiler. Before assembling the machine properly I tested it , pump was working and both the wand and portafilter had hot water coming out. However, once I put the pump into its holster and reassembled the machine properly the PUMP STOPPED WORKING. I troubleshot the pump individually (running separate wires to it) and it is working, pumping water and all but once assembled inside the machine it’s not going.

The connections and wires visually seem good and wiring is in place as it was as I took plenty of photos

Any idea what troubleshooting I could do next?

@romanriabov Are you sure, the pump gets its voltage? Check this using a multimeter (Caution: high voltage!). The blue pill is a thermofuse, check it, its resistance must be near zero.

Spot on @VauWeh, it was the thermofuse… Do you know if I can a) bypass it and run the machine without one ; b) replace it with a different type of thermofuse , not Klixon, as I am struggling to find one here in New Zealand

(1) Of course you can bypass the fuse. But this is not a good and secure solution for a longer time: for sure there is a reason, why it burnt, could be the age - you never know. Did you use the pump without water? They dont like it! (2)If you can't get the right one (around 100°C), make your own: Take a cheap standard thermofuse (around 100°C), e.g. one like this, solder it to the wires and insulate it very very well using shrink tube. Adhere it to the (red) plastic surface of the pump.
