Do you have iTunes running on your PC or Mac? If you do you’ll need to plug it in as it’s looking for files the PC has.

Have you done anything to it recently? To me this looks like it needs a full OS reinstall.

no . it was showing like this long ago. i showed to servise centre they are saying cant do anything .
