Please check this guide: PS Vita Slim Battery Replacement
Here you can see that the red cable is on top, which is most likely the positive power pin
And the last cable is the black cable, which is probably the negative pin.
To be sure, you do need to measure it with your multimeter. Only then you can be like 100% sure.
