My ps4 controller wont turn on or charge

So, my cousin gave me his controller saying that it wont charge or turn on, so i took it home and tried to charge it with my cable, nothing happened, the controller is just dead, and i have no idea what to do, (he was charging it with ps4 cable and suddenly it just didnt charged anymore) idk if i typed it good but i hope yall understand it, thanks

Hi Martin!

Well, could be the battery here! Could also be the LED board or the ribbon cable. Most likely it’s the battery and it is recommend to replace this one first to check if the issue is solved!

Guide: DualShock 4 电池更换

Part: DualShock 4 (JDM-030 and Earlier) Controller Battery (this for the 1st version, the 2nd version using a different battery)
