What is the model of the vehicle i.e ES250, ES300, ES350?
Also what year is it?
If it is an ES350 2006-2011 year model check in the engine bay fuse block if fuse #36 and relay R3 are both OK.
I can't find any information regarding ES250 or ES300 models for those years but for an ES350 2012 the fuse block allocation is different so it may be different for the other models as well.
