PowerShot SX70HS took about a 3 ft fall and now has an error 60 onLCD

After the fall not only does it display Error 60 on the screen, but the camera makes a horrible ratcheting sound for 3 - 5 seconds before it shuts down automatically. I believe the lens may have gotten jammed in the fall. Is there something I could do to reset the lens either electrically from the camera’s control menu or by some sort mechanical timing procedure?
