Battery not recognized nor is it charging

Hello,
I just replaced my battery.

Initially even after charging it a few hours, the Mac would not turn on, so I reopened the case to make sure all the connectors were secure.

Now the Mac turns on, but noticed that the battery is not charging.
I have tried all the required resets.

This is a screenshot after an overnight USB C connection, it still is not charging.

Please advise on what I can do next.
